Adding MNJACE to your Career

The ‘MNJ Software Academy for Competency Enhancement’ (MNJACE) offers technical training. The qualitative objective of MNJACE is to groom campus recruits in relevant technical streams. Skill sets of employees are continuously upgraded to enhance the competency levels of employees as per the job requirements.

Learning & Development

The Learning & Development (L& D) function imparts necessary ‘behavioral’ and ‘soft skill’ training to employees at MNJ Software. L&D focuses on offering MNJ Software employees learning solutions in the areas of:

Grooming Future Managers

The L&D function provides focused attention to the company’s growing need for managerial talent. Boosting intellectual capital through Knowledge Management

The Knowledge X’change site (KX) serves as a gateway for our global workforce to share knowledge.
